Our client seeks an experienced SLA Account Manager in Brackenfell, Cape Town. The successful applicant should possess at least two years of HVAC experience, possess strong technical knowledge, and exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills. They should manage client relationships effectively and hold a Grade 12 qualification, ideally with tertiary education. The candidate needs a valid driver’s license, own vehicle, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, and familiarity with Pastel and Office 365. Organized, proactive, and target-driven, the successful candidate must be passionate about delivering outstanding service.
