Duties and Responsibilities: To meet and exceed the annual sales budget by achieving daily and monthly targets, ensuring the sustainability of the business. To oversee the financial operations of the store, ensuring profitability through effective management and control. To uphold merchandising standards that align with the brand requirements to maintain an optimal product mix. To manage and control stock efficiently to minimize losses and ensure product availability by monitoring stock-related risks. To provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience. To establish and maintain excellent relationships with all relevant service providers, both internal and external. To manage human resources effectively through proper recruitment, planning, and payroll administration.
