Minimum Requirements
Minimum Grade 12 certification. Qualification and/or experience in Cosmetology or any other beauty-related field. At least 1 year of experience in a beauty sales environment. Strong knowledge of beauty brands and products. Passion for retail, selling, and delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and influence customers through product expertise. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated work ethic. Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver expert beauty advice and personalized consultations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends to effectively influence and educate customers. Ensure stock availability, efficient management, and visually appealing merchandising according to brand standards. Process sales transactions accurately while adhering to operational policies and administrative procedures. Collaborate with store teams to meet department goals and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
