Responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Leading numerous development projects from conceptualization through planning, budgeting, and completion. - Coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. - Generating innovative ideas for new business ventures, product launches, and brand enhancements. - Managing project budgets, timelines, financial feasibility, and commercial viability. - Assisting in the creation of premium hospitality, leisure, and lifestyle amenities. - Ensuring high standards in design, quality, aesthetics, and customer experience. - Developing operational plans and systems for new ventures. - Identifying project challenges, implementing solutions, and ensuring successful delivery.
Requirements
- A relevant tertiary degree in Project Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in project management, business development, or launching new commercial ventures. - Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and commercial planning expertise. - Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - A creative flair with meticulous attention to detail and a refined sense of design and quality. - Strong commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset. - Experience in hospitality, lifestyle developments, food and beverage, or brand development is advantageous.
