We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for Client Projects for a well-established company based in Somerset-West, Cape Town. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Manufacturing Management, or a similar field. A professional certification in Project Management is mandatory, and at least 10 years of experience in the engineering, manufacturing, or defence sector is required.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. - Essential: Professional Project Management certification (PMP®, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA, or an equivalent recognized qualification). - Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is considered a plus.

Experience: - Minimum of 10 years in project, program, contract, or delivery management within complex manufacturing, engineering, defence, aerospace, or industrial settings. - Proven track record in successfully leading large, complex customer projects through effective risk management, issue resolution, recovery planning, and execution within challenging operational and contractual environments. - Experience leading, managing, mentoring, and developing project or program management teams in a customer-centric delivery environment. - Direct experience in engaging with customers and managing strategic customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, including contract execution, delivery planning, schedule negotiations, progress reviews, issue resolution, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate and integrate activities across Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Product Development, Finance, and Sales functions.
