We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance the overall efficiency of our Supply Chain Planning (SCP) function. The ideal candidate will design and develop automated reporting solutions, leveraging cutting-edge tools such as Power BI, to provide actionable insights that strengthen master data integrity, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize customer service levels.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of an Honours Degree in a relevant field - A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of working with senior management - Advanced computer literacy, with a strong proficiency in using relevant software tools - A valid Code 08 Driver's License - Fluency in Business English

**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Supply Chain Reporting, Analysis, and Insights**
- Design and develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools, to provide real-time insights and visibility into Supply Chain performance - Monitor and analyze Order Fill Rate performance, to identify trends and areas for improvement - Analyze forecast accuracy and trends, to inform business decisions and optimize planning - Support new product and range change reporting, to ensure seamless integration into existing supply chain processes - Provide ad hoc analysis and insights, as required, to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
**Master Data Management and Planning Governance**
- Manage product master data, to ensure accuracy and integrity across the supply chain - Maintain forecastable item parameters, to ensure accurate forecasting and planning - Run exception reports and correct anomalies, to maintain data quality and integrity - Ensure governance compliance, to maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices
**Continuous Improvement and Process Optimisation**
- Identify automation opportunities, to drive efficiency and reduce manual intervention - Recommend planning improvements, to enhance supply chain agility and responsiveness - Support business projects and system enhancements, to drive continuous improvement and innovation
**Advanced Analytics and Demand Insights**
- Develop price elasticity models, to inform pricing decisions and optimize revenue growth - Assess the impact of pricing changes, to ensure that business decisions are informed and data-driven - Support pricing and forecasting initiatives, to drive business outcomes and optimize supply chain performance
