**Requirements:**
- A minimum of ABET qualification * Possession of a National Steam certificate is highly advantageous * No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow with the company is essential
**Key Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:**
- In-depth knowledge of the Occupational and Safety Act (OHS) regulations * Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders * Ability to work overtime and be on standby as required
