Responsibilities The Cellular Consultant 2IC is responsible for providing customers with cellular services and products to meet their needs and enhance Business Unit profitability. Key outputs include:
- Achieving individual contract targets - Promoting contract products to customers to maximize the value and profitability of the Business Unit - Managing the contracts application process according to established procedures - Providing customer-centric service to all stakeholders - Demonstrating self-management and teamwork skills - Holding a Matric certificate and possessing 1-2 years experience in the retail industry - Having comprehensive knowledge of contracts services products, risk management, and MS Office proficiency - Exhibiting strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in management information systems, including SAP Systems, Vodacom C3D, M2, MTN Ilula & OMS, Telkom CRM, AVS, PayJoy & Vumatel, and credit services sales acumen - In-depth understanding of IC Policies, Practices, Processes, and Procedures, IC Business Operating Model, and expressed/implied ethical responsibilities - Showcasing excellent customer service orientation, attention to detail, and telephone etiquette - Being target-driven and eager to contribute to a rewarding career journey with Pepkor Lifestyle
