BRIEF DESCRIPTION:-

The Consultant - Germiston role at Atlas Finance aims to assist clients in applying for credit loans while adhering to regulatory and policy requirements. Key responsibilities include meeting monthly sales and collections targets, maintaining accurate records, and providing professional service to customers. The role requires a Grade 12 education, a Micro Lending Frontline Service certificate, at least two years of microfinance experience, and proficiency in Mathematical Literacy.

Job Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to facilitate clients in the application process for credit loans, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory and policy requirements for credit granting.

Key Accountable Responsibilities

Achieve the monthly loan application sales targets by actively promoting credit loans and providing assistance to customers. - Fulfill monthly collections targets by implementing company procedures for collections and diligently following up on customer loan installments. - Maintain accurate records and uphold branch housekeeping standards in an organized and timely manner. - Deliver professional and friendly service to both internal and external customers at all times.

Competency and Qualification Requirements

Minimum educational requirement: Grade 12 - Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3) - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the microfinance industry - Proficiency in Mathematical Literacy
