BRIEF DESCRIPTION:-

The Temp Consultant- City of Johannesburg Rural role involves supporting clients in credit loan applications, meeting sales and collections targets, maintaining branch standards, and delivering professional customer service. Key requirements include a Grade 12 qualification, preferred Micro Lending Frontline Service certification, at least two years of microfinance experience, and mathematical literacy skills.

Job Title: Temporary Consultant - Rural Area, City of Johannesburg Company: Atlas Finance

Description

The primary role of this position is to facilitate and support clients in their applications for credit loans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements for credit granting.

Key Accountable Responsibilities

Achieve monthly loan application sales targets by actively promoting credit loans and providing assistance to customers. - Meet monthly collections targets by implementing company procedures and instructions for collections and diligently following up on customer loan instalments. - Maintain accurate records and uphold branch housekeeping standards, ensuring a tidy and timely environment. - Deliver a professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers consistently.

Competency and qualification requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12 - Certificate/Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF L3) preferred - Minimum of 2 years' experience in the microfinance industry - Proficiency in Mathematical Literacy
