Key Accountable Responsibilities
- Attain monthly loan application sales targets by promoting credit loans and assisting customers. - Achieve monthly collections targets by following company procedures for collections and ensuring timely follow-up on customer loan instalments. - Maintain accurate records and uphold branch housekeeping standards in an orderly and timely manner. - Provide professional and friendly service to all internal and external customers consistently.
Competency and Qualification Requirements
