An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification) in Economics; A minimum of 3 years management experience.
Knowledge of the following: Human resource management processes. Knowledge of labour relations; Financial management; Project management and administration; Public service procedures; Applicable policies and procedures. Knowledge of economic sectors; Relationship management. Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation. Knowledge of basic research methodology. Knowledge of economic sectors. Develop operational primary sector programmes; Develop and maintain networks with stakeholders; Build and strengthen market growth and promotionof the primary sector; Identify sector specific blockages; Render project management and administration for primary sector programmes emanating from government policy; Provide Human Resource and Financial Management.
