Our client, a premier service provider nationwide, offers a variety of solutions including appliance installations, gas and electrical installations, as well as electronic and mechanical repair and replacement services.
To support ongoing expansion, our client seeks enthusiastic and goal-oriented Extended Warranty Sales Representatives to join their team. Positions are open nationally across South Africa.
The successful candidates will be tasked with promoting and selling Short Term Insurance products, identifying customer requirements, and ensuring that clients comprehend the benefits, coverage, terms, and conditions of the warranty products offered.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Extended Warranty products to both new and existing customers - Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate warranty solutions - Clearly and accurately explain product benefits, coverage, terms, and conditions - Meet monthly sales targets - Provide professional customer service throughout the sales process - Build and maintain positive customer relationships - Collaborate closely with Sales staff to identify and maximize sales opportunities
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience: - Previous sales experience, preferably within the retail sector - Matric / Grade 12 - Must possess a valid South African ID
