### Minimum Qualifications - Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle of your own - Willingness and ability to travel daily throughout the designated Gauteng territory - Availability to attend sales meetings at the Vereeniging office roughly every two weeks - Minimum of two years’ external sales experience - Direct experience selling to spares shops is essential - Background in automotive oils, lubricants, vehicle parts or closely related products for spares shops - Sound understanding of automotive lubricants, greases and their applications - Established knowledge of the vehicle and transport aftermarket - Proven track record of developing new business while managing and expanding existing accounts - Strong hunter‑sales mentality combined with effective account‑management skills - Self‑motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision - Excellent selling, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management abilities - Good planning, route‑management and organisational skills - Computer literate; comfortable using a company‑provided cellphone and tablet for reporting and administration - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Commercially aware, analytical and detail‑oriented - Demonstrated career stability and genuine interest in long‑term employment
