**Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

• Matric – mandatory - Bachelor’s degree / National Diploma in a financial field - Computer literate – MS Office - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Willingness to work shifts

**Advantageous:**

• A Commerce degree - Working proficiency in Afrikaans or another South African language - Previous sales experience, particularly in a contact center environment - Experience in a customer service role
