We are currently seeking a skilled and imaginative Footwear Designer for our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing the K-Way footwear collection. This role requires close collaboration with the Buying, QA, and supplier teams to produce innovative products that resonate with both customer expectations and our commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities - Design and create seasonal footwear collections - Conduct research into consumer trends and market insights to guide product development - Develop design concepts, color palettes, and technical specifications - Work with suppliers to refine and commercialize products - Ensure all products meet brand, quality, and fit standards - Assist with seasonal range reviews and product presentations
Requirements - Relevant design qualification is advantageous - Preferred experience: 4-5 years in footwear or product design - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office - Strong understanding of footwear construction and manufacturing - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
