**Job Overview**

West Coast Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Franchise Manager for its operations along the Western Cape coastline. This permanent position entails extensive travel and demands a hands-on individual who can foster strong partnerships, enhance store performance, and expand our franchise network.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide ongoing support to franchisees through consistent relationship management and frequent store visits. - Drive sales, increase product uptake, and enhance overall store performance. - Conduct operational audits, ensure compliance with standards, and address any arising issues. - Train and mentor franchisees and staff on products, systems, and customer service protocols. - Oversee new store openings and deliver post-launch support. - Identify and develop new franchise opportunities, locations, and territories. - Report on performance metrics and suggest operational enhancements.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• A minimum of five years' experience in retail, franchise operations, sales, operations management, or business development. - Demonstrated success in sales and business development. - Experience in store openings, operational roll-out, training, coaching, and conducting audits. - Franchise experience is highly beneficial; multi-site retail experience is desirable. - Automotive, battery, FMCG, or related retail experience is advantageous. - A diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Retail Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and reporting tools. - Ability to analyze business performance and apply sound commercial strategies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. - Capability to influence business owners and store teams, address non-compliance, and manage multiple priorities. - Willingness to travel extensively across the Coastal region.
