We are currently recruiting for an energetic and customer-centric Internal Retail Sales Assistant for a permanent role with our client in Cape Town. The chosen individual will be tasked with aiding customers, boosting sales, managing orders, and delivering top-notch service, thereby contributing to the store's overall success. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in internal sales or customer service, along with outstanding communication skills, solid administrative abilities, and an enthusiastic drive to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Duties
- Expand the retail client base - Maintain and grow individual budgets - Proactively assist walk-in customers - Handle telephone orders professionally and ensure accurate order preparation - Ensure products are neatly displayed on shelves/hooks or in containers/positions - Keep all surface areas in the responsible workstation clean - Maintain a high standard of appearance for the assigned workstation and products - Order and update stock daily as required - Conduct stock takes as requested - Ensure pricing and product codes are always visible - Effectively arrange and merchandise products - Follow company procedures in accordance with company policies and guidelines
Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
