Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of internal sales or customer service experience • At least 3 years of retail or shop floor experience within a comparable industry • Matriculation certificate required • Clean credit history • Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets • Self-driven, proactive, and independent with strong team collaboration skills • Professional and well-groomed appearance • Strong sense of pride in personal and professional conduct • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in planning, organization, and time management • Neat and tidy, with a friendly and helpful disposition • Good administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail • Proficient in Word, email, and internet usage

Duties

• Expand the retail client base • Manage and enhance individual sales budgets • Actively assist walk-in customers • Handle telephone orders professionally, ensuring timely and accurate preparation • Maintain products in neat and orderly conditions on appropriate shelves, hooks, or containers • Ensure cleanliness of all surfaces in the assigned workstation • Uphold a high standard of the overall condition and appearance of the workstation and products • Order and replenish stock daily as required • Conduct stock takes upon request • Ensure visibility of pricing and product codes • Effectively arrange and merchandise products • Adhere to company procedures and policies in all responsibilities

Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
