Position Overview We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Internal Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Cape Town. The chosen candidate will assist clients, enhance sales, process orders, and offer top-notch service, contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in internal sales or customer service, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive attitude dedicated to exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of internal sales or customer service experience. - At least 3 years of retail or shop floor experience in a similar environment. - Essential: Matric qualification. - Clean credit history. - Proven track record in achieving sales goals with a strong internal sales background. - Self-motivated, independent, yet a team-oriented professional. - Professional and well-groomed appearance. - Strong sense of pride in personal and professional conduct. - Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. - Good organizational, planning, and time management abilities. - Neat and tidy with a positive, friendly, and helpful disposition. - Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in using Word, email, and internet.

Hours: - Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
