An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Maize Seed Processing Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a maize seed processing facility, ensuring efficient production, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and strong team leadership.
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Seed Technology, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 7β10 years' experience in maize seed processing or a similar production environment. Proven experience managing a seed processing plant. Strong knowledge of certified seed systems, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Experience with production planning, inventory control, and plant operations. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Computer literate (MS Office).
