Position Overview: The Manager: Branch role at our Bloemfontein Kerk branch is seeking an experienced professional to maximize branch performance and advance Auto Pedigree's business interests. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your leadership, business acumen, and operations management skills.
Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience and hold a Grade 12 NCA qualification. A valid driver's license, computer literacy, and familiarity with retail compliance regulations are mandatory. Additionally, knowledge of the local language(s) and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the branch maximizes gross profit and meets unit sales, Rand sales, and 2nd gross targets - Collaborate with the F&I Manager to adhere to financial and insurance requirements - Manage stock and assets efficiently - Communicate and implement procedural requirements for Branch personnel - Forward timeous reports to relevant parties - Conduct monthly staff meetings to discuss performance, local marketing activities, business opportunities, and areas for improvement - Ensure efficient execution of F&I administrative functions and compliance - Train Branch staff on internal courses and on-the-job training - Carry out performance appraisals as required
