YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Merchandiser, your duties will include:
- Identifying which stock requires merchandising. - Ensuring appropriate stock is readily available in-store. - Inspecting product quality, rotation, and pricing. - Setting up merchandise according to company standards. - Reporting customer concerns, inquiries, and requests. - Keeping precise merchandising records. - Monitoring and reporting on out-of-stock items to management. - Staying informed about product knowledge and current promotions. - Conducting store visits as per the established call cycle. - Informing the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) about out-of-stock products and opportunities.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12. - A minimum of 12 months’ experience in FMCG merchandising. - Basic knowledge of spirits. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to upholding high store standards. - Reliability, organization, and the ability to work independently.
