Are you enthusiastic about showcasing exceptional products and elevating store standards? We are seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team in Knysna, Western Cape! If you have prior experience in FMCG merchandising, possess strong communication skills, and have a meticulous eye for detail, we would love to hear from you!

YOUR MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Merchandiser, your tasks will include:

• Identifying the stock that needs to be displayed. • Guaranteeing the availability of the correct stock within the store. • Inspecting product quality, rotation, and pricing. • Arranging products to meet company merchandising standards. • Reporting any customer issues, queries, and requests. • Keeping accurate records of merchandising activities. • Monitoring and reporting out-of-stock items to management. • Staying informed about product knowledge and ongoing promotions. • Completing store visits as per the required call cycle. • Informing the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) of out-of-stock products and potential opportunities.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Minimum Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12. • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in FMCG merchandising. • Basic understanding of spirits. • Excellent communication skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining high store standards. • Reliability, organization, and the ability to work independently.
