If you possess experience in FMCG merchandising, outstanding communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Merchandiser, your duties will include:
- Identifying stock that requires merchandising. - Guaranteeing the availability of the correct stock in-store. - Checking product quality, rotation, and pricing. - Setting up products in accordance with company merchandising standards. - Reporting customer issues, queries, and requests. - Maintaining precise merchandising records. - Monitoring and reporting out-of-stock products to management. - Staying current on product knowledge and ongoing promotions. - Completing store calls as per the required call cycle. - Informing the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) of out-of-stock products and opportunities.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12. - At least 12 months of merchandising experience in an FMCG merchandising environment. - Basic knowledge of spirits. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high store standards. - Reliable, organized, and capable of working independently.
