Duties and Responsibilities: - Surpass customer expectations through effective customer selling techniques. - Implement store-wide stock loss control measures. - Consistently meet individual sales targets. - Identify and capitalize on opportunities to boost sales revenue. - Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards for optimal sales performance. - Foster an engaging shopping environment. - Handle all purchase transactions, verifying and processing payments including cash, cards, vouchers, and other acceptable forms. - Ensure all outgoing stock, items, and scripts are scanned and paid for. - Process loyalty cards, including those from accelerated partners. - Develop and nurture professional relationships with customers, providing friendly, helpful, and courteous assistance and advice. - Report customer compliments and complaints to management. - Address all customer stock queries and ensure they are resolved.
