Are you a seasoned retail store manager, team leader, and sales target achiever? Our automotive sector client seeks a Store Manager capable of overseeing daily operations and delivering results.
Qualifications Needed: A diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (NQF 6). A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or marketing. At least 3 years of experience managing or leading a retail team. A bachelorās degree (NQF 7) is a plus.
Responsibilities: - Leading the retail team, scheduling, performance management, and staff development - Driving sales, meeting targets, and organizing promotions - Ensuring stock availability, managing inventory, merchandising, and pricing - Managing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring store performance - Delivering exceptional customer service and promptly resolving issues - Maintaining store safety, security, and compliance with company policies and legal standards
Skills Required: - Comfort using MS Office and retail management systems - Ability to make decisions based on sales and stock data - Proficiency in handling staff and customer concerns - Strong organizational and proactive skills, with the ability to work under pressure
