Role Description

Key Duties

• Conduct all treatments and concept procedures consistently and in line with Dermalogica Standards. • Manage and achieve monthly targets while staying on top of daily goals. • Conduct comprehensive consultations and Face Mapping for each new client, updating records on the POS system post-visit. • Follow up with clients post-treatment and product sales through phone calls or emails to discuss treatment outcomes and product usage. • Participate in all store-related activities, including meetings, workshops, inventory management, and sales promotions. • Maintain a professional treatment area and other work spaces by stocking shelves, cleaning, and replenishing products.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. • Proven track record in retail sales and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry. • Confidence in engaging with customers. • Self-motivated and proactive. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Dermalogica or similar skincare roles is advantageous. • Skin Care Therapist Qualification is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Skin Care Therapist (Required).
