### Key Responsibilities - Attain store sales objectives while delivering outstanding customer service, in line with the Company’s operational standards and procedures. - Collaborate with sales merchandisers, representatives, and regional managers to assess and refine sales strategies and outcomes. - Champion “WOW” customer experiences by addressing individual shopping needs and prioritizing the customer at every interaction. - Inspire, motivate, and lead teams with enthusiasm, ensuring a high level of performance. - Oversee staff recruitment, coaching, counselling, and disciplinary actions; plan, monitor, and evaluate employee performance. - Approve all work schedules, including shifts, breaks, and leave arrangements. - Ensure continuous staff training and development, consistently delivering training sessions. - Assign staff to tasks, monitor work results, and follow up on performance. - Resolve customer complaints calmly and professionally. - Manage daily store operations to maximize sales turnover while maintaining expenses within budget and overseeing stock control. - Reduce controllable costs and expenses, protecting company assets and minimizing shrinkage, damage, and theft. - Execute physical plans and actions to achieve sales targets, motivating staff to meet these goals. - Keep accurate records of all stock and financial transactions. - Conduct daily floor walks, initiate warehouse or overstock replenishments, and perform face‑ups. - Implement, monitor, and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Maintain merchandise presentation and housekeeping standards in accordance with company guidelines. - Coordinate key service providers—such as security, cleaning, and logistics—to meet company expectations. - Effectively roll out sales promotions, including road shows and centre‑management liaison, ensuring timely execution and advance planning. - Identify marketing opportunities and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.
