Purpose of Position: The primary role involves generating and closing sales through telephone interactions.
Responsibilities: - Selling personal lines insurance policies - Conducting needs analyses to determine customer requirements - Meeting predefined KPIās - Going beyond the call of duty to meet sales targets and secure referral sales
