**Position Overview:**

Hino Tshwane is currently looking to fill a position for a Sales Representative: Parts. The main goal of this role is to optimize sales potential and meet dealership goals through exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the successful candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience as a Parts Sales Executive in the automotive sector.

**Job Description:**

• Must possess experience in parts sales within the automotive industry - High level of product knowledge and ability to provide solutions for customers - Capability to follow up on all active leads and regularly update customer databases - Manage the sales process to ensure timely deliveries - Monitor progress and effectively achieve targets - Efficient in handling administrative tasks - Ensure adherence to relevant business policies and procedures - Ability to oversee stock management - Capable of negotiating competitive prices - Retain current customers and acquire new business

**Specific Role Responsibilities:**
