Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer (Frontend) to join their technical team. This role is suited to a seasoned developer with strong frontend and web application expertise, particularly within a B2B transactional, payments or SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain software solutions in line with business requirements. Translate business requirements into technically feasible, deployable and user-friendly web applications. Implement specified visual elements and optimise applications for performance and scalability. Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility. Maintain websites and implement enhancements and additions as required. Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers and other stakeholders to improve functionality and usability. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve website and coding issues. Participate in regular stand-up meetings covering project progress, requirements, operational issues, timelines and client feedback. Provide technical input into software documentation and training materials where required. Keep development knowledge current by staying informed about industry and technology advancements. Requirements Relevant IT Degree preferred. Minimum 6 years’ software development experience within a B2B transactional, payments or SaaS environment. Good working knowledge of VB. NET, C#. NET, HTML5, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, XML, XAML, AJAX, jQuery, PHP and web services. Experience with Visual Studio and Xamarin for building user interfaces. Experience with testing frameworks and frontend development tools. Ability to interpret and implement web designs. Strong understanding of frontend web development and mobile development. Solid knowledge of cross-browser and multiplatform development, mobile optimisation and web-based applications. Payments industry knowledge and understanding of the technical processes behind payments would be highly beneficial. Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills.
