Our client in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town, is looking for an experienced individual to take on the role of Sales & Project Management Professional for Signage / Account Executive. Candidates must possess at least five years of experience within the signage industry, with a demonstrated track record in both sales and project management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills are required, alongside the capability to interpret technical drawings and grasp the intricacies of signage manufacturing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is mandatory, while familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus. A valid driver’s license, a dependable vehicle, and a mobile phone are necessary. DUTIES: - Generate new business opportunities and cultivate enduring client relationships. - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. - Conduct client meetings and site visits to gather project requirements. - Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities. - Manage signage projects from order confirmation through to final installation. - Liaise with clients, designers, production, procurement, and installation teams for seamless project execution. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Resolve client queries and concerns professionally and efficiently. - Maintain accurate CRM records and project documentation.
