Our client, located in Brackenfell, Cape Town, is currently looking for an experienced SLA Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years' HVAC experience, possess robust technical knowledge, and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements include a Grade 12 qualification, a valid driver’s license, and ownership of a reliable vehicle. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential, while experience with Pastel and Office 365 is advantageous. The successful applicant must be organized, proactive, target-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional service.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent SECTOR: Maintenance / Account Management BASIC SALARY: R10 000 – R15 000 + Benefits START DATE: A. S. A. P

REQUIREMENTS: - Grade 12 qualification is mandatory; a tertiary qualification is preferred. - Proven experience in HVAC with at least 2 years’ experience required. - Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle required. - Strong technical knowledge is essential. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Knowledge of Pastel and Office 365 is advantageous. - Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on targets. - Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. - Outstanding organizational and planning abilities. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Methodical, thorough, and well-organized. - Proactive, energetic, and positive outlook.

DUTIES: - Manage and oversee a high volume of customer service level agreements (SLAs). - Schedule and coordinate technical teams to ensure effective service delivery. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. - Develop and implement strategies to boost sales. - Maintain and nurture strong client relationships. - Handle all client communication and provide service feedback reports. - Manage customer invoicing processes. - Conduct regular customer site visits to ensure service excellence.
