Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent, if available, is beneficial. Essential experience in foam, plastics, or a similar manufacturing sector for a minimum of 2+ years in technical sales. Strong technical knowledge of products and their applications. Proven experience in engaging with customers and defining technical requirements. Ability to collaborate effectively with both customers and factory teams on product specifications. Proficiency in using computers – MS Office and Syspro skills are advantageous. Valid driver’s license required. Exceptional communication, customer service, and business development skills.
