A well-established company in the fluid power industry is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join its Welkom branch. Minimum RequirementsMatric certificate. Minimum 3 years' experience in a Hydraulic/Pneumatics sales environment. Valid driver's licence. Own reliable vehicle (essential). Must reside in or around the Welkom area. Computer literate (Microsoft Office). Higher Technical Qualification will be advantageous. Knowledge of SYSPRO ERP will be advantageous. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable hydraulic and pneumatic solutions. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and conclude sales agreements. Provide technical product advice and support to customers. Generate new business opportunities and grow the customer portfolio. Maintain accurate customer records and sales information. Prepare and process sales contracts and orders. Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and successful project delivery. Key CompetenciesCustomer-focused with proven sales ability. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Professional, organised and able to work independently.
