We are seeking dynamic Intern Store Managers for the Free State region. The position entails aiding in the supervision of daily store operations, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and upholding exceptional standards in customer service, inventory management, and administrative duties.
Requirements: - Grade 12 / Matric (mandatory). - Relevant qualification in Retail/FMCG (preferred). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in various retail/FMCG sectors, including receiving, cash office, administration, and sales floor. - At least 3 years of supervisory experience. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. - Comprehensive understanding of retail operations and reporting. - Proficient in computer applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; SAP/Unisolv experience is a plus. - Valid driverās license and access to reliable transportation. - Ability to travel locally and work on retail schedules.
