Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join their team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate must possess at least 1 year of experience within the travel industry, along with a clear understanding of reservation systems such as Amadeus. A Matric certificate is mandatory, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates must exhibit excellent accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail. DUTIES: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals - Design and sell customized travel itineraries tailored to individual customer preferences - Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations and experiences - Identify and maximize sales opportunities to achieve business targets
HOURS: The office operates from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Rostered shifts are available, including weekends. A Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, is also offered.
