**Experience Required:** Minimum of 1 year in the travel industry, accompanied by strong knowledge of reservation systems (Amadeus is mandatory)
**Key Qualifications:** - Matric certificate - Proficiency in MS Word and Excel - Demonstrated accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
**Core Responsibilities:** - Cultivate and sustain long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and referrals - Craft bespoke travel plans, aligning with individual customer tastes and interests - Offer expert guidance on diverse travel destinations and unique experiences - Proactively seek and capitalize on sales prospects to meet or exceed performance goals
**Working Hours:** - Office hours run from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, seven days a week - Shifts may include weekends, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
