Job Description: The ideal candidate will provide stock control support to ensure accurate and timely processing of vehicle stock transactions, adhering to predefined work objectives and established standard operating procedures.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities: - Inspect all vehicles for damages, scratches, or dents. - Verify that VIN numbers match the delivery note. - Confirm the presence of spare keys, spare tire, lighters, and tools in the vehicle. - Record any missing items such as tools, spare tires, or lighters on the delivery note. - Secure all keys in a key safe. - Distribute spare keys upon vehicle receipt. - Conduct thorough reconciliation, which may be signed by the Managing Agent and departmental manager.

Qualifications and Experience: - Matric qualification. - Minimum of 3 years' experience as a stock controller in the automotive retail industry. - Preferred experience with Autoline/Drive systems.

Skills and Attributes: - Advanced proficiency in Excel. - Excellent product knowledge. - Strong organizational and distribution management skills. - Well-developed people management abilities.
