Your Role
Manage Warehouse Operations: Supervise all aspects of receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, collections, and deliveries to ensure smooth daily operations Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Oversee stock counts, reconciliations, inventory movements, and investigations into variances while maintaining precise stock records Lead Your Team: Supervise, develop, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering accountability, productivity, discipline, and high performance Enhance Performance: Identify operational bottlenecks, implement corrective measures, refine warehouse processes, and drive significant efficiency gains Achieve Customer Satisfaction: Ensure accurate order processing and timely dispatch, while maintaining robust relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and transport providers Uphold Safety and Compliance: Maintain a secure, organized, and safe warehouse environment in line with company policies and health and safety regulations
Qualifications Required
We are searching for someone who can showcase the following
5–8 years’ experience in warehouse and supply chain management, with 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role Experience in the power industry or a similar technical product environment Proven track record in managing warehouse teams, ensuring stock accuracy, optimizing operational workflows, and enhancing dispatch performance Strong proficiency in ZOHO, advanced Excel, SAP, Syspro, or a comparable ERP/WMS system Matric (Grade 12); a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management is beneficial Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills A valid driver's license
