**Salary Package:** R253 341.00 - R 424 371.00 per annum (inclusive of benefits), based on recognition of experience following a Trade test certificate. (Proof of recognized experience will be requested from shortlisted applicants.)

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid Trade Test Certificate, accompanied by a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience. * Possess a valid driver's license.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

As a Plumber Artisan (Grade A-C) at the Gauteng Department of Infrastructure Development, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and producing plumbing solutions according to client specifications and within production capabilities. * Ensuring the quality of produced objects by inspecting and testing equipment and facilities for technical faults and repairing them according to standards. * Conducting quality assurance of serviced and maintained equipment and/or facilities. * Compiling and submitting reports, as well as providing inputs to the operational plan. * Maintaining job records and registers, supervising staff, and mentoring and developing team members. * Staying up-to-date with new technologies and procedures to continuously improve individual development and performance.
