Our client, a prominent player in the IT sector, is looking for a dedicated Business Analyst / Data Analyst to join their team on a permanent, remote basis. This role is ideal for an analytical and methodical professional who thrives on exploring business needs, systems, data, product development and cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications. - Examine business processes, system behaviors, workflows, and data flows. - Use SQL to query, investigate and validate data. - Identify trends, anomalies, data-quality issues, and root causes. - Perform data mapping and validation across various reports, integrations, and workflows. - Collaborate with Developers, QA, Product, and Operations teams. - Analyze APIs, integrations, data structures, and system interactions. - Assist in feature design, backlog refinement, and prioritization. - Discover opportunities for automation, AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics. - Prepare datasets and aid in model development, testing, and evaluation. - Produce comprehensive functional, technical, process, data, and integration documentation.
