Requirements

• Matric with Mathematics (mandatory) - Valid Class 10 or Class 14 driver’s license accompanied by a Professional Driving Permit (PDP) (mandatory) - 1–3 years of driving experience - Fluent in both English and Afrikaans - Professional demeanor and appearance - Strong customer service orientation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities - Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal oversight - Computer literacy

Duties

• Oversee on-time, complete deliveries as per the route sheet and verify correct delivery addresses. - Ensure all necessary documentation accompanies each delivery. - Compare delivery notes with the delivery load for accuracy. - Direct all customer complaints and delivery notes to the appropriate Warehouse Administration team. - Ensure that vehicles are loaded correctly, with even and secure distribution. - Sign for and acknowledge acceptance of the load. - Handle customer rejections in accordance with the relevant procedures. - Adhere to all health and safety protocols on-site and en route. - Follow the company vehicle policy at all times. - Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly. - Perform regular temperature checks and accurately record readings. - Maintain the integrity of all products and packaging during loading and offloading.
