• Oversee on-time, accurate deliveries - Adhere to the route sheet and ensure precise delivery to the correct addresses - Verify that all necessary documentation accompanies each delivery - Compare delivery notes with delivery loads for accuracy - Forward customer complaints and delivery notes to the relevant Warehouse Administration team - Ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and securely - Sign for and confirm acceptance of the load - Manage customer rejections per company procedures - Follow all health and safety protocols - Adhere to the company vehicle policy consistently - Perform daily physical vehicle inspections and report any issues immediately - Conduct regular temperature checks and record readings accurately - Maintain product and packaging integrity during loading and unloading
