Motus Corporation is actively looking for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to supervise and enhance our extensive warehousing and logistics operations in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our high-value inventory and leading a sizeable, unionized workforce to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and safety across all functions.

**Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (minimum NQF Level 7) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in senior warehouse and logistics management roles. - Strong leadership, planning, delegation, and team management abilities. - Capability to set objectives, monitor performance, and drive results. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. - In-depth knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations with a hands-on management approach. - Familiarity with relevant legislation including the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and Employment Equity Act. - Proficient in computer literacy. - Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong business acumen and understanding of industry best practices. - Ability to collaborate effectively with management and build positive working relationships. - Commitment to employee well-being and workplace safety. - Clear criminal record.

**Key Performance Indicators:**

• Develop and implement stock control policies and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures. - Manage stock reconciliation, monitor and report stock variances. - Ensure effective warehouse operations. - Oversee daily stock counts, identify issues, and take corrective actions. - Account for stock losses and implement effective controls to prevent theft. - Monitor and ensure adherence to turnaround and lead times by addressing and reporting poor performance. - Supervise the management of inbound parts, unpacking, and product checks. - Oversee the distribution of stock as per allocation. - Ensure timely receipt, checking, allocation, and distribution of shipments to branches. - Manage daily handling of items returned for credit (RFC’s). - Handle parts returned to suppliers, ensuring it occurs weekly. - Oversee staff time off and scheduling. - Manage staff learning and development. - Enforce discipline on the warehouse floor.

**Management:**

• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports at the warehouse as needed. - Conduct performance reviews to evaluate direct reports. - Ensure all processes, procedures, and working conditions comply with legal requirements. - Define warehouse goals and objectives along with methods and measurements to achieve them. - Develop subordinates in all facets of warehouse functions. - Supervise drivers, vehicle maintenance, and distribution routes. - Manage branch security and personnel. - Ensure Gemba Board adherence and regular meetings. - Ensure policy adherence and compliance of BSOP.
