We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to fill the role of Engineer in Training at our Cape Town facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing plant equipment and unit operations, participating in critical safety assessments, and providing engineering support for new projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Process Optimization and Improvement:** Utilize performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives to optimize plant equipment and unit operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity. - **Safety and Risk Management:** Participate in and lead Management of Change (MOC) processes, HAZOP studies, and Root Cause Analyses (RCA) to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards, ensuring a safe working environment. - **Engineering Support:** Provide technical support for new projects, including process evaluations, technical investigations, and project implementation, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives. - **Documentation and Maintenance:** Maintain and update process engineering documentation, including Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
