We are in search of seasoned Estate Agents to join our dynamic and successful team situated in Green Point, Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure new property listings within the Green Point region - Perform property evaluations, conduct viewings, and manage client consultations - Negotiate and finalize sales and rental agreements proficiently - Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and landlords - Oversee the complete sales process, ensuring exemplary service and client contentment - Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities - Maintain precise administrative and marketing records pertaining to listings and transactions
