This position is distinct from conventional dealership F&I roles. At WeBuyCars, your work environment is high-volume and heavily digital, prioritizing conversions over administrative tasks.
You will be assigned to a home branch but have the flexibility to write business across all national branches. You maintain the customer relationship regardless of the purchase location, effectively managing operations across 20+ dealerships. Deals can be transferred between branches without the need for reapplying with banks, resulting in a larger pipeline, greater flexibility, and more opportunities than traditional setups.

**Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**
- RE5 Qualification - Minimum 120 FAIS Credits - Completion of Class of Business - No longer under supervision - Current CPD certification - Proven experience as an F&I Manager / Business Manager
