**Financial Accountant**

The Financial Accountant will prepare annual budgets, manage the audit process, provide monthly reporting, implement internal controls, report on variances, supervise administrative staff, and oversee expense allocation and compliance with taxation and statutory regulations. A completed accounting qualification with post-article experience and ideally an honors degree are required.

Our client, an established company located in TechnoPark Stellenbosch, is seeking a qualified accountant with completed articles and at least two years of post-article experience to join their financial team.

**Requirements:**

Accounting qualification with ideally completed SAICA/SAIPA/CIMA articles - An honors degree is advantageous

**Responsibilities:**

Prepare annual budgets for specific entities - Manage the annual audit process - Provide monthly reporting for selected entities - Implement internal controls to monitor expenditure - Report on monthly variances - Supervise administrative staff - Oversee and control the allocation of expenses per entity and departmental divisions within entities - Ensure all taxation and statutory compliance
